& Owner Of Freedom Wellness Center of Ohio
Kristin is a seasoned trauma therapist with specialized training in EMDR and DARRT therapy, along with a certification in Brain Health Coaching from the Amen Clinic and an advanced certification in NeurOptimal Neurofeedback. Rooted in a faith-based approach, she provides holistic care that recognizes trauma's impact on both mind and body.
Through her work with clients, Kristin has seen firsthand how deeply trauma influences every part of our being. She believes that true healing requires a network of support, which is why she founded the Freedom Wellness Center of Ohio. Here, she collaborates with holistic practitioners across the Greater Cincinnati area to create a thriving community of healers. Kristin hosts regular events where providers can connect, share insights, and offer practical skills with the public, enhancing the resources available to clients seeking comprehensive care.
